CC PixArt, whose real name is David Kwaku Agyemang Acheampong, is a young Ghanaian graphic designer, visual artist,
cinematographer, and singer from Cape Coast in Ghana’s Central Region.
He received his primary education at Tema’s Kpone Presbyterian JHS. He never finished high school and instead enrolled at IPMC, where he eventually dropped out due to financial difficulties.
CC PixArt began his career as a musician who used the famous photo editing software Picsart to create his own cover art for his albums.
A musician friend of his fell in love with his work and offered to take full credit for all of his cover artwork. This piqued his interest, and he sought out more information.
In an interview with Ghvibe.com, he described how he met Mike Frosty, a graphic designer and singer who helped him
turn his life around.
He explained that the said man was about to open his mobile money vendor store, and CC assisted him with the setup, prompting him to ask to work as a vendor with Mike.
Mike taught and mentored CC after he showed him the projects on which he had worked until he was nearly perfect.
Since then, CC Pixart has transformed into one of the country’s most promising graphic designers.
His experience in the art world has attracted a number of top executives and businesses to work with him. Bullet (Wendy Shay’s manager), Dr. Cryme, D Black, Ogidi Brown, DJ Breezy, Ohemaa Mercy, Mix Master Garzy, and a slew of others are among the many. He’s also a part of the Black Avenue Music, Sonic Grind, and 2MG record labels. The logo for the 2021 VGMAs is his most recent project.
Another fantastic aspect of CC PixArt is that he is not only a talented graphic designer, but also a talented photographer, whose work can be found all over the internet.
